• You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you have only accessed our video training materials and have not received any of the premium tools included in the course.
• Once we provide access to any premium tools, the refund policy will be terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds are only available for the initial course fee and will not include any additional costs or service charges.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• We will review your request, and if eligible, process the refund to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Access to premium tools has been provided, which includes any licenses, software, or third-party resources included in the course.
• Requests made after the 30-day refund period has expired.
• Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of the course terms and conditions.

4. Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
