2. Services Provided

Apidleads Digital Media offers training and educational services through its Digital Media Masterclass, including courses in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Copywriting, Performance Marketing, and more. The services provided are solely for educational and informational purposes.

3. Fees and Payments

  • The fees for the Advance Digital Marketing Masterclass are $60, and for the Artificial Intelligence Digital Marketing Masterclass, the fee is $120.
  • All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD) or converted into local currencies and must be paid in full before accessing the training materials.
  • After 30 days Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are paying for information, guidance, and access to premium tools. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the Digital Media Masterclass are the intellectual property of Apidleads Digital Media. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the content without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

As a participant in our program, you agree to:

  • Use our materials and tools solely for educational purposes.
  • Refrain from sharing your login details or training materials with anyone outside the program.
  • Act professionally and respectfully during all communications with instructors and fellow participants.

Prohibited Conduct:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or manipulate any aspect of our platform or tools.
  • Engaging in plagiarism or any other unethical behavior.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to the course, with no refund provided.

6. No Guarantees for Job Placement

While Apidleads Digital Media provides training, guidance, and job placement support, we do not guarantee employment or specific job offers. Success depends on a variety of factors, including the student’s dedication, skill level, and the current market demand. We assist in portfolio building, resume optimization, and job search strategies, but securing a job is the responsibility of the participant.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apidleads Digital Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from:

  • The use or inability to use our services.
  • The success or failure of job placements post-training.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the training materials.

8. Third-Party Tools and Resources

During the training, we may provide access to premium third-party tools and resources (worth up to $1,000). Apidleads Digital Media is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of these third-party tools. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective providers.

9. Privacy Policy
